I was grateful for the large car park. It made arrival easy. The friendly staff greeted me with a smile and promptly checked me in. I appreciated the availability of tea and coffee in my room. It was a cute touch. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The shower room was a bit small for my liking.

I found the parking space ample. Staff were helpful. My check-in and check-out processes were efficient. The swimming pool's warm water (1.2m maximum depth) suited all ages.

The bathroom could benefit from a small fan to improve ventilation.

Reception staff were cute. Talha and Joe at the bar were helpful. They were very good too assist with my late-night request, preparing cheese sandwiches even after the kitchen had closed (i thought it was really kind!).

I found some aspects disappointing. The shower room felt VERY small. I also felt the choice on the pre-booked, three-course meal deal was limited. I wasn't asked if there was a problem, when my plate was cleared with the uneaten main course.
